Sierra Bible Camp Information
(online registration form is at the bottom of this page)

Cost
Your camper’s week at Bible camp will cost $200.00 for the first child with $10 discount for each additional child. There will be a 10% discount for early enrollment making the amount $180.00 with a $10.00 discount for each additional child. Early enrollment ends May 25th. Please make your check payable to Central Church of Christ. You may also register and pay for camp online with our secure server.
* A $25.00 deposit will hold your child’s spot. The balance must be paid in full by June 8th. This has been done to make it easier for you to begin the registration process early and will help us know who wants to go to camp.
* T-shirts will be available this year for $12.00. Please note your size and quantity desired on the registration form to pre-order. This not only helps us in ordering, but ensures you get the size you want.
* If your camper cannot go to camp as planned, please let us know as soon as possible. You will be reimbursed 3/4 of your total camp fee in return for your prompt notification of change of plans. The age for camp is 9-18.

Camp Dates
Camp will officially begin at 5:00 pm on Saturday, June 28th and will conclude 10:00 on Saturday, July 5th. Campers need to arrive between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm on June 28th and be picked up NO LATER THAN 10:00 am on July 5th, preferably between 9:00 and 10:00 am.

Medical Examination
Summer is a good time for your child to have an annual check-up. The American Camping Association recommends each camper have a physical examination within six months prior to camp.

Transportation
Transportation is available at a cost of $45.00 per child. This helps fund gasoline for your child’s driver and helps pay for the truck which hauls the luggage to camp. If your child needs transportation, make sure you send extra money along with your child to cover the cost of lunch going up and coming home.

Letters and Packages
We encourage you to write your child while he/she is away at camp. Mail call is quite a pick up when there is a letter or package from home. Address all mail to:
Sierra Bible Camp,
Stockton Encampment
Canyondam, CA 95923

Camp Expectations:
It is expected that campers will behave with language, clothing and conduct that reflects a Bible camp atmosphere. No profanity, vulgar language or inappropriate comments will be tolerated. There will be no smoking or chewing, no drugs with the exception being prescribed medications. No alcohol in any form. There will be no radios, game devices, i-pods or any electronic device.

Appropriate Apparel
As a Christian Camp, campers are required to wear modest appropriate apparel. No tank tops, crop tops or biker shorts. No spaghetti straps, large holes or any clothing that allows undergarments to show. Campers that wear clothing that allows midriff to show will be asked to change. Clothing for play and casual wear may be worn on all occasions.

Clothing Labels
Strongly recommend that you mark all your campers clothing. Name in permeant ink on the tags will help prevent possible mix-ups and/or lost clothing. It is very important that all clothing items be identified by individual names.
